Welcome to Niyamit! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions") govern your use of the Niyamit mobile application ("App") and any related services provided by Niyamit ("Services"). By using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our App and Services.
- To use Niyamit, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Niyamit enables users to browse, select, and purchase groceries, fresh produce, and related items ("Products") for delivery or pickup.
- Availability of Products and Services may vary based on location and inventory.
- Niyamit reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Services without prior notice.
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activities under your account.
- Usage Restrictions: You shall not misuse the App for unlawful activities, resell Products, or engage in fraudulent transactions.
- Accurate Information: Ensure all information, including delivery addresses and payment details, is accurate and up to date.
- Order Placement: Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Niyamit reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion.
- Pricing: Prices are displayed in INR and are subject to change without notice. Taxes and delivery charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
- Payment: Secure payment options, including credit/debit cards, UPI, and wallets, are available. Orders will be processed only upon successful payment confirmation.
- Cancellation Policy: Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Post-dispatch cancellations may not be permitted, subject to Niyamit' discretion.
- Delivery Timeline: Niyamit will make every effort to deliver Products within the estimated timeframe but does not guarantee delivery times due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Failed Deliveries: If delivery fails due to incorrect information or your unavailability, additional charges may apply for reattempts.
- Quality Assurance: Report any damaged, missing, or expired items within 24 hours of delivery for replacement or refund.
- Return Policy: Products can be returned only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Return requests must be initiated within the time frame specified in the App.
- Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
- Promotional codes, discounts, or offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, which may include expiration dates and usage limits.
- Niyamit reserves the right to cancel or modify promotions at any time without prior notice.
- All content on the App, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Niyamit or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
- By using the App, you consent to Niyamit’ data collection, usage, and sharing practices as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Niyamit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or Services.
- Niyamit’ total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific Product or Service giving rise to the claim.
- Niyamit reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be effective upon posting in the App. Continued use of the App signifies acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
